Very positive experience. It's our second visit from Australia . Very clean hotel with excellent pools , spa and saunas, good house keeping, friendly and HELPFUL staff. Room may be a little outdated,but it did not upset us . Special thanks to Grazia exercise instructor, very pleasant and softly spoken .

In the hotel you can find a thermal and a normal pool. Both pools feature an indoor and outdoor space, sauna, turkish bath and emotional shower. The non thermal area seems newly built (and looks great) while the thermal area is old but recently restored. The changing rooms houses only one guest (divided between sex) but there are several lockers. We were disappointed by the absence of free mineral water or any kind of beverage to rehidrate between saunas. By the way the staff was very nice to us!
We visited for the pool and I guess they are not kids friendly.
First, they said we needed reservation for the pool and bc we don't have a reservation for the pool that we need to pay extra. (35euro)
Second, when we brought in our baby they claim that Terme water is bad for babies and try to convince us not to use the pool. And when we said it's okay since kids have used Therme in the past and had no issue. Then of course, they asked us to pay for kids(35euro) for 8months and two year old for two hrs.

Great people, particularly at the front desk, excellent food, nice hotel, but not access to beach and no parking on site. Nice swimming pool.
Food is delicious and personell is really polite. The location is central and the overall experience was super.
